You can leave your laundry with your hotel or apartment building's receptionist, juristic person, or security guard for us to collect, however please mention this in your order notes so that our drivers can collect the laundry without disturbing you.
It is highly recommended that you make it very clear to the person you are leaving the laundry with that WashDrop is coming to collect. In very rare cases when this has not been understood by the person looking after the laundry, they have sent it to a third party shop and we will have to cancel the order.
We suggest that you clearly label the bag with: your name, your room number, and the words "For collection by WashDrop"
If you feel that there may be problems with a language barrier, you can show the following message which is written in Thai and will explain the request.
กรุณานำเสื้อผ้าของฉัน ให้กับพนักงานจาก WashDrop Laundry จะมีพนักงานขับรถเข้ามารับออร์เดอร์ของฉัน กรุณาอย่าส่งให้ร้านอื่นๆ เพราะฉันได้ตกลงราคาค่าซักรีดของฉันเรียบร้อยแล้ว และทางมีแค่ WashDrop เท่านั้น ที่รู้รายละเอียดการดูแลเสื้อผ้าของฉัน ขอบคุณที่ให้ความร่วมมือ
