When do I need to pay?

Once your laundry has arrived at our store and we have sorted and processed it, you will receive a bill. If you have securely added a credit or debit card to your order, we will also charge the card at this time.

We are unable to take cash on collection of your laundry without prior discussion first. If you are unable to be around for delivery and cannot pay with a card or leave cash with a receptionist or in a safe place, please get in touch and we'll be happy to work something out.
